
I have been where many of the women on my mailing list are now.
Giving so much of myself to work, family, and responsibility that I felt constantly tired and under pressure. Worrying whether the decisions I was making were the right ones. Beating myself up when things didn’t go to plan.
Wanting to show up well in every area of life, while quietly feeling overloaded and stretched too thin. Trying to hold everything together, and telling myself I should be coping better than I was.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Through my own lived experience, alongside my professional training in coaching and stress management and wellbeing, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder or fixing yourself. It comes from taking the pressure off, creating more internal steadiness, and learning to make decisions from a calmer place.
